Summary
This position is located at Libby Auto Skills Center, Fort Stewart, GA.
Work Schedule

  • Monday, Thursday, Friday: 12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Evening hours qualify for night shift differential during eligible times. (10% of basic rate hours after 6:00 PM )
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. All Sunday hours earn premium pay (An additional 25% of your base pay)

Incentives and Bonuses
  • Incentives will not be paid.

Duties
Help
  • Performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions in support of the activity to which. Receives and reviews incoming documents for completeness taking or coordinating and tracking required action.
  • Establishes and maintains offices files in accordance with regulatory guidance/procedures. Responds to customer inquires and complaints providing general information and assistance concerning office function, established procedures, etc.
  • May be responsible for automated time and attendance processing.
  • May perform a variety of complex typing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following:
Progressively responsible clerical experience, which involved the use of calculations and personal computers to include Microsoft Office. Ability to type 40 WPM.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
Previous automotive clerical experience that included preparing and completing automotive related work orders, invoicing and part ordering.

Applicants who meet the Minimum qualifications, & Highly Preferred Criteria will be referred to management for consideration first. All others may be referred if management does not make a selection from the Highly Preferred list.

  • This job is open to candidates who are located in the local commuting area. (Within a 50-mile radius of Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield, GA).
