We're seeking an Operations Clerk to play a key support role across Climate First Bank's Loan and Deposit Operations teams during an exciting period of growth and system conversion. This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytically curious professional eager to learn bank operations from the ground up. You'll be a go-to resource for fulfilling customer document requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent internal service while gaining exposure across multiple operational functions.

What You'll Contribute:

Customer Document Support & Fulfillment

  • Monitor and respond to customer requests for statements, check images, and loan documents.
  • Retrieve, review, and distribute documents accurately and securely.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams on request status.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and record-retention standards.
  • Support post-conversion customer service needs.

Operational Support Across Teams

  • Provide day-to-day support to Loan and Deposit Operations.
  • Assist with data cleanup, reporting, and file maintenance.
  • Help streamline workflows during and after conversion.
  • Support special projects as needs evolve.
  • Maintain organized audit-ready records.

The Work Environment:

  • Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.
