This HR Assistant role is ideal for candidates with administrative experience, recruiting coordination skills, or entry-level Human Resources experience looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.
This is for a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality building materials used in commercial and residential construction. With a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence, we support projects across North America.
HR Assistant Responsibilities
  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Handle sensitive information, employee relations, and handling any disgruntled employees or coaching needed
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data and candidate records
  • Assist with onboarding, new-hire paperwork, and orientation support
  • Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and compliance tracking
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with HR projects
