As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and executing a variety of events at Lookout Tavern, including parties, themed nights, and special celebrations. You will work closely with the management team to create event concepts, coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. We are looking for an enthusiastic and sociable individual with a passion for social media and event planning, and a natural inclination for hosting. This role demands a flexible schedule, including the willingness to work unconventional hours. Responsibilities include organizing and outlining events during office or home hours, as well as onsite management to ensure these events run smoothly. Excellent hospitality skills are essential. Key tasks may involve planning, launching, promoting, and executing special themed nights at Lookout Tavern, such as Ladies' Night, College Night, Karaoke, Beer Pong Tournaments, Drinking Games, Video Game Tournaments (e.g., Mario Kart, Madden Football), Adult Trivia, Name That Tune, and themed nightlife events on Fridays and Saturdays. Most events typically occur between 9 PM and 2 AM, and you will be responsible for hosting and overseeing these events to guarantee their success.

Job Hours: At this time we don't specifically know how demanding this will be, it just depends on where you take it. We feel this job could be ideal for someone going to school for similar skills. Someone who is looking for a laxed job where experience and resume building may be more important than the money.
