Every event we coordinate helps support meaningful causes, and behind every successful event is someone who knows how to keep all the moving pieces together.

We're looking for an Event Administrator who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and thrives in a fast paced environment where every day brings something new.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Event Administrator, you'll help keep our event calendar full and our campaigns running smoothly by:

  • Scheduling and coordinating fundraising event locations throughout Colorado
  • Communicating with businesses and venue partners to secure event opportunities
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and community partners
  • Managing event calendars, confirmations, and scheduling details with accuracy
  • Maintaining spreadsheets, event records, and administrative documentation
  • Assisting with planning logistics for campaign expansions and new territories
  • Supporting the leadership team with event related administrative tasks
  • Troubleshooting scheduling changes and finding solutions when plans shift
