We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. As an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced event marketing team to organize and execute various promotional events, tradeshows, and conferences. This is a full-time, entry-level position with potential for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of promotional events, tradeshows, and conferences
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts, themes, and objectives
  • Coordinate event logistics, including set-up, breakdown, and on-site management
  • Communicate with event attendees and respond to inquiries and requests
  • Assist in creating and distributing event marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and invitations
  • Manage event registration and maintain attendee database
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential event opportunities
