We are currently hiring an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, brand promotions, public relations, communications, and campaign management.
No prior experience is required — we provide paid training and mentorship from experienced professionals.
Responsibilities- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of live events and promotional campaigns
- Support marketing managers and event leaders during community events and brand activations
- Help set up event materials, displays, and promotional stations
- Interact with customers and provide information about client products, services, and campaigns
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to support future marketing strategies
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute creative campaign ideas
- Collaborate with internal teams and event partners to ensure successful event execution
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in fast-paced event environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
- Interest in event marketing, promotions, customer service, communications, or public relations
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
