Job Details Description

Job Summary:

The Area Support Coordinator will interact with local shops, field employees and corporate office to coordinate activities and schedules.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates daily schedules between local shops and corporate office in Sanford Florida.
  • Manages shop inbox and updates schedules on company database.
  • Communicates with builders per scheduling requirements.
  • Checks and manages needed information from Builder portals.
  • Creates Work Order Tickets for every job that is sent out to the field.
  • Coordinates calls for acquiring appropriate permits.
  • Places orders for 811 underground tickets.
  • Tracks Shop Payroll information.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to make sound judgements relative to inventory.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years office-based experience required.
  • Construction experience a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
