Job description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - PART TIME

Sylvan Learning Center isย hiring an administrative assistant who will keep us on track as we go through our very busy days. Sylvan has been helping students succeed in school for over 35 years and you will be our first contact with the many phone calls and visits we receive from parents, students and those asking about our services. For this reason, you must be outstanding on the phone and have the ability and willingness to offer exceptional customer service.
The Admin/Coordinator supports the Center Directors in scheduling appointments, students and teachers, all reception functions and administrative services along with supporting student activities.

We also expect our Administrative Assistant to check-in clients for identity screening services andย test proctoring.
Be part of a team who work together so that students succeed and parents get the best customer care possible.

  • Must have the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic, welcoming demeanor and professional customer service skills.
