Job description

We Are Hiring Immediately for our growing team!

We are looking for a highly organized, fast-moving Construction Administrative Assistant who can keep up with a busy construction environment and help ensure projects and departments stay on track. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and not afraid to follow up, ask questions, and hold tasks accountable.

If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple moving pieces at once, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to a high volume of emails and communications
  • Handle phone calls and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Track outstanding items and follow up consistently until tasks are completed
  • Communicate internally with multiple departments to ensure projects are progressing
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and administrative project support
  • Maintain organized documentation, records, and project communications
  • Ensure important information is properly communicated between teams

What We Expect:

  • Strong attention to detail — mistakes slow projects down
  • Excellent communication skills with both vendors and internal teams
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and keep projects moving
  • Confidence to follow up and ensure accountability across departments
  • Professional phone and email communication

This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who:

  • Is proactive rather than reactive
  • Takes ownership of their responsibilities
  • Can manage multiple priorities without losing track of details
