Now Hiring: Construction Administrative Assistant
📍 Worthington, Ohio (Fully Onsite)
Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience

A growing construction team in Worthington, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to support project and accounting operations. This is a fully onsite role working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain project documentation in Procore

  • Process invoices, track subcontractor billing, and manage lien waivers

  • Support job costing and assist with financial tracking in Sage

  • Coordinate with subcontractors regarding billing, compliance documents, and payment status

  • Assist with change orders, purchase orders, and contract documentation

  • Maintain organized and accurate project files

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of construction administrative or construction accounting experience

  • Experience working with subcontractors and managing invoices

  • Proficiency in Procore and Sage strongly preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment
