Administrative Professional – Support Civil and Industrial Sitework Operations

Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will serve as the organizational heartbeat of our Redmond office, ensuring seamless daily operations and professional communication for our civil and industrial teams. This role provides the autonomy to manage office systems while receiving the support of a family-owned company that treats every employee with respect and kindness.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Directed professional correspondence and managed executive calendars to ensure streamlined communication and meeting efficiency.

  • Executed accurate data entry and managed accounts payable (AP) invoicing within accounting software to maintain financial transparency.
