Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

  • Manages projects from initiation through delivery by aligning with client objectives, internal standards, and resource plans, while translating client or court requirements into actionable solutions.

Client Engagement:

  • Serves as a trusted liaison for client engagements, managing expectations, resolving issues, and supporting long-term success.
  • Participate in consultative discussions and coordinate cross-functional support to ensure project alignment and integrated service delivery.

Team Management:

  • Provides mentorship and foster collaboration by coaching team members, modeling leadership, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure strong performance and seamless project delivery.

Process Improvement:

  • Supports root cause analysis and continuous improvement by identifying and resolving recurring issues, incidents, and escalated events that impact operations, service quality, or client obligations.
  • Contributes to refining standard operating procedures and best practices across all process improvement areas.

Financial Oversight:

  • Manages project forecasting, budgets, billing, and reporting using Epiq-approved platforms, while ensuring fiscal responsibility and supporting business reviews through client health reports and status updates.
  • Demonstrates adaptability to internal and external systems, leveraging project management technologies to streamline workflows and support project goals

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years project management experience total;
    • For External Candidates - At least 2+ years of legal admin, paralegal, settlement experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience.)
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects and client relationships concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms.
  • Experience mentoring or managing team members.
  • Familiarity with data workflows and document review processes.

The Compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
