General Manager (Construction Company)

Joseph Ketner Construction is a family-owned residential remodeling company based in Portland, OR, with more than 24 years of experience in exterior renovation. From historic home preservation to full exterior remodels— including roofing, siding, porches, and decks— we are known for quality craftsmanship, integrity, and customer service. As General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, with a focus on project oversight, staff leadership, and business growth. You will work closely with ownership and lead a team of project managers, site staff, and administrators.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily company operations, including construction project management and administrative workflows
  • Lead and support project managers, field staff, and office personnel
