Pay Rate: $15–$18 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Receptionist with strong data entry and computer skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, assisting customers, answering phones, and accurately entering and maintaining information in company systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Enter and update customer and company information into databases and computer systems
  • Verify data for accuracy and correct errors
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare, organize, scan, copy, and file documents
  • Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets
  • Respond to emails and assist with general office correspondence
  • Assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized files and office records
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned
