What we expect from you

Our firm is currently searching for an experienced receptionist to add to our established and busy law firm. The receptionist role will be comprised of office support responsibilities, under the office manager's guidance. The ideal receptionist will possess heightened skills in areas of oral and written communication, interpersonal relations, and client relations. All candidates should display superior organizational habits, professionalism, exceptional time management capabilities, computer literacy, while being punctual and dependable. Due to the company's nature, the candidate should be detail orientated and able to work well with others in a team. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multi-line phone systems, be able to work at nights and weekends if needed and have relevant work experience.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a PLUS!
  • 1-3 years minimum customer service experience
  • Be able to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
  • Must be able think independently, analyze data, and make good decisions
  • Answering heavy phone lines to screen and forward phone calls in a professional manner
  • Process mail while, routing, and scanning to completion.
  • General office duties such as scanning, copying, filing
