Our Receptionist plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of our office and team, serving as the main contact point for our visitors/customers, helping to drive, organize and connect our daily operations and teams together. You are a master organizer, love people and driving culture and also know how to prioritize and get things done.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department/area
  • Providing administrative assistance with typing, filing, drafting memos, and communications
  • Assisting the Houston office team
  • Answer multi-line phone system and taking detailed messages
  • Coordinate staff meetings for managers and their teams
  • Be a brand ambassador
