As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. This is a full-time position with on-site work required. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
