Job description

Dexter Public School is seeking a building level secretary for the 2025-2026 school year. This position is a 10 month contract and has holiday pay. This applicant must work well in a fast pace setting and be good with the public. Secretarial experience is preferred along with computer knowledge to include using Google and creating documents. Being efficient, friendly, working well with small children and the public are preferred skills for this position. Other skills they must possess are being organized, self motivation, and being very flexible.
Other duties would be: answering phones, our one-entry system, count and deposit lunch money, bus notifications, enrollment packets, purchase orders and possible summer school.
