Job Description:
Responsible for providing clerical and secretarial support to the administrator. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele. Essential Physical Requirements: โ€ข Occasional lifting five (5) to twenty (20) pounds โ€ข Frequent sitting, standing โ€ข Occasional bending, squatting, reaching, stooping

Responsibilities:
--- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
--- May manage daily substitute teacher activities and records teacher absences.
--- May assign student lockers and processes student I.D. cards.
--- May schedule events on master calendar regarding athletic events and activities and providing information to various personnel and community.
--- Provide clerical support to the assistant principal and administrative assistant.
--- Provide information through daily bulletin and other means to staff, students and others.
--- Respond to telephone calls, route calls, take messages and assist staff, parents and community with concerns and questions.
