Guidance Secretary Responsibilities:
*Maintain student records in cumulative files, which shall include student support plans and school reports.
*Update student information in Genesis.
*Support guidance department and building administration.
Report Card Grades and Grading:
*Facilitate electronic input of grades.
*Generate honor roll for report cards and send to local media outlets.
Registrar Responsibilities:
*Contact point person for student registration, transfers and withdrawals.
General Office Shared Responsibilities:
*Answer main office telephone and field calls.
*Answer front door and ensure permissions with Visitor Aware.
*Assist students during the day.
