eBuilder Analyst

Our onsite Program Management team in Chicago, IL is looking to add a driven, collaborative, and customer-focused eBuilder Analyst in support of a multi-billion-dollar airport capital Redevelopment Program at O'Hare International Airport. This position provides the opportunity to support one of the busiest airports in the world by helping the program team effectively leverage eBuilder to manage project information, workflows, processes, and data.

Reporting to the PMIS Manager, your responsibilities will include maintaining and configuring eBuilder processes, workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards; supporting system users and resolving technical and process-related issues; and assisting with the implementation and improvement of business processes within eBuilder. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities to improve workflows and data quality, and develop practical solutions that improve overall system effectiveness.

You'll support the implementation and administration of construction project management processes within eBuilder, including document management, RFIs, submittals, change management, invoicing, and other project controls workflows. You'll also assist with system integrations, including coordination between eBuilder and financial or other enterprise systems, and support testing and implementation of system enhancements and configuration changes.

A key part of this role is providing a high level of customer service to eBuilder users. You'll develop positive relationships with stakeholders, respond to user questions and issues in a timely manner, identify barriers to system adoption, and work collaboratively to develop practical solutions. You'll also develop user guidance and training materials, coordinate and deliver training, and communicate system changes and process improvements to users.

This position will be as part of a joint venture team and the selected candidate will be hired by one of the JV or teaming partners.

Here's What You'll Need:
  • 2+ years of experience administering, configuring, supporting, or implementing eBuilder
  • Experience configuring and maintaining eBuilder processes, workflows, forms, and reporting
  • Experience supporting users and troubleshooting eBuilder system and process issues
  • Understanding of construction and project management business processes and workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide a high level of customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced program environment
  • Ability to work onsite full-time at O'Hare International Airport with the program management team
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience supporting eBuilder within a large construction or capital improvement program
