How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • This is an entry-level role designed for a proactive learner, offering a clear path for growth as you master the complexities of large-scale construction project management.
  • Coordinate the planning, design, and construction of projects by tracking budgets, schedules, and scopes to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a national framework of policies, procedures, and tools to standardize construction management and facility compliance.

  • Monitor ongoing projects for risks and key metrics, while establishing consistent communication schedules to keep stakeholders informed of progress.

  • Manage secure project documentation and facilitate training for new hires on internal systems, including eBuilder and design standards.


What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience. OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Construction experience is strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare experience would be a plus.
