Responsibilities
The administrative Secretary supports the Community Association Manager by coordinating written communications and documents for the Board and Members. This requires the successful candidate to exhibit exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing. Assisting the receptionist with answering the phone is required, as well as assisting the Community Manager with answering owner inquiries.

Duties include but are not limited to.
Prepare and distribute all written correspondence, i.e. letters, agenda, minutes, meeting notices, reports, newsletters, compliance letters in a timely manner and required deadline. Manage multiple calendars, meeting deadlines, coordinate monthly board/annual meetings, and prepare meeting documents using check sheets provided. Create and assemble Board packets, committee packets, and other documents. Handle administrative detail on all projects. Update community web portal. · Maintain, manage, and file documents and association records. Attending Board of Directors and Annual Meetings
