OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking aDocument Control Admin for our project in Edgemoor, DE.

The Document Control Admin assists and supports the project team on assigned projects. The position works under direct supervision, performs routine daily activities and gathers and distributes information. The Document Control Admin must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proficient in Procore, SharePoint, and e-Builder for basic document control functions (training will be provided)
  • Supports the document control team with general administrative responsibilities including data entry, maintaining logs, preparing and maintaining training materials, and maintaining internal process documentation
  • Coordinates the printing and distribution process for engineering drawings and documents
  • Performs basic system maintenance and access requests
  • Develops and distributes meeting minutes and correspondence
  • Assists the Security Information Manager (SIM)
  • Coordinates SIM training, schedules meetings, invites attendees, and tracks training compliance
  • Obtains and organizes SIM training records from subcontractors
  • Supports SIM auditing activities, data collection, and reporting
  • Collects data along with related documentation for maintaining logs for secure information access

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-3 years of industry experience
  • Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
  • Basic knowledge of Procore, SharePoint, and e-Builder
  • Knowledge of document control standards
  • Broad understanding of industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Functions effectively as part of a team
  • Dependability
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to understand and follow directions
  • Good time management skills and organizational skills
