Job description

As a Sr Document Control Coordinator ant here at Honeywell, you will manage and control documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance. Your role supports various departments and maintains document control systems. 
Document Control Coordinators work on a team that consists of project managers, engineers and designers. They are responsible for booking orders into JDE, creating Team Center structures and managing documents for a multitude of different complexities. These documents are produced by the engineering team. The document control assistant will manage the release of these documents as official submittals to customers and manage the document returns. They also create inspection and final data books.

You will report directly to our Engineer Document Control Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Arvada, CO. location On-site.

YOU MUST HAVE

Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
8+ years of experience in document life cycle management
Working knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the discipline
Ability to apply judgment and problem-solving skills to plan and accomplish tasks
Dedicated to meet short deadlines and manage multiple requests simultaneously with a high degree of ownership for timely and accurate completion
Must be adaptable, a self-starter, multi-tasker, extremely organized, and a great note taker with the desire to learn quickly
Technical aptitude
Excellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office products. Outlook, Excel, Word as well as Adobe or equivalent
Preferred - experience using OneDrive, SharePoint. As well as PLM and ERP systems, i.e. Teamcenter, SAP and JDE Siemens.

The hourly range for this position is $25.48 - $31.82. Please note that this hourly rate information serves as a general guideline. Book orders in JDE
Set-up project structures in Team Center

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders under general supervision
Write and update standard works
Will be interacting with personnel in all organizations of the business and will be required to visit the manufacturing portion of the facility on a regular basis
