QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. (A Master's degree or relevant advanced certifications in business or operations is a plus.). Five - ten years of senior-level operations management experience in a high-growth, complex environment. Proven track record of leadership in driving operational performance and growth, preferably in fiber-optic telecommunications or a related industry (e.g., construction, utilities, or logistics).Knowledge: Industry & Operations: In-depth understanding of fiber-optic network operations and industry best practices across construction, engineering, and service delivery. Regulatory Compliance: Strong knowledge of municipal permitting processes, safety regulations, and quality standards to ensure full compliance in all regional activities. Business Functions: Broad understanding of key business functions (sales, community engagement, construction, network operations, customer support, etc.) and how they interconnect to drive market success.Skills: Strategic Planning: Ability to develop clear regional strategies aligned with corporate goals and translate them into effective operational plans, adjusting as market conditions evolve.
