A successful and established e-commerce organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee fulfillment, warehouse, inventory, purchasing, logistics, and operational performance.


This is an opportunity to join a stable, highly tenured team and play a key leadership role in maintaining and improving an already successful operation.


Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, purchasing, and logistics.
  • Manage operational KPIs, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, and vendor performance.
  • Oversee purchasing activities, inventory planning, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations.
  • Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership on business planning, projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support technology-driven operations within a highly e-commerce-focused environment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop operational team members.
  • Provide occasional after-hours and weekend support when business needs require.


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of operations management experience.
  • Required experience supporting e-commerce operations.
  • Background in fulfillment, warehouse, inventory, purchasing, and supply chain management.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
