Position Overview:
Seeking an innovative and highly motivated Program Manager to join our effort to be a premier online destination. The Operations team works across all digital platforms and across the broader organization to initiate, track and ultimately deliver world class product experiences across the globe. The team works with our geographies to understand what products they are delivering to our consumers and when so and ensures copy, image and attribution activities are completed.
We are looking for someone with the ability to manage multiple workflows across internal teams to ensure accurate and quality delivery of a significant change program. As our Project Manager, you will be expected to coordinate the progress of various internal delivery teams, gather requirements from stakeholders, be a strong collaborator, act as a conduit to and support relationships with workflow owners, and be results oriented while advocating for the best possible solution for our consumers, both internal and external.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze requests from key stakeholders for enhancements to currentprocesses and tools
  • Partner with technical product owners to implement improvements andchanges to workflow tools and reporting dashboards
  • Manage design timelines and work as the technical project managerto determine overall timelines and product rollout goals
  • Drive consensus across stakeholders and negotiate diverse points ofview and priorities
  • Lead improvement programs to increase data accuracy and ultimatelyseasonal readiness performance
  • Drive alignment across workflows to ensure timely asset development
  • Assessorganization needs and determine course of action and delegate managementof inquiries to Director
  • Drivealignment and adherence to global processes and facilitate best practiceexchange across geos
