About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead, optimize and scale our marketing infrastructure and marketing automation strategy.

This role owns the MarTech stack and data that powers lead generation, audience engagement, and marketing performance. You'll drive acquisition through paid and digital channels, oversee our marketing automation ecosystem, and partner across Marketing, Growth, and Client Success to improve campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on expertise in digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM setup and integration, and performance analytics with strategic thinking.

What You'll Do

Marketing Technology & Automation Ownership

  • Own the administration, optimization, and governance of our primary marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and their integration with our CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Lead marketing automation strategy, including nurture programs, lead routing, scoring, list hygiene, segmentation, and lifecycle management for complex buying groups.
  • Oversee the optimization of our WordPress site lead capture, including landing page creation, A/B testing, user journey mapping, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Partner with Sales team to improve lead management processes and reporting.

Email, ABM & Data Strategy

  • Own and execute all email marketing campaigns, sends, testing, and optimization.
  • Leverage third-party data sources, including ZoomInfo and other enrichment platforms, to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support account-based marketing programs through audience targeting, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Build audience segments and nurture programs that drive engagement and pipeline growth.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain HubSpot multi-touch attribution models and dashboards, and reporting that measures campaign, channel, and full-funnel performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Marketing and Growth leadership.
  • Establish testing frameworks to improve campaign performance over time.

Performance Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Own digital demand generation programs across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and other acquisition channels.
  • Manage technical setup, execution, optimization, and reporting.ย 
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Identify new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities.

Braze & Member Engagement Technology

  • Serve as the marketing owner for Braze.
  • Serve as support to our company Braze owner; partner with internal teams to develop automated, triggered, and personalized engagement journeys, as needed.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of dedicated marketing operations experience, with a strict requirement for B2B experience navigating complex, long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying journeys.
  • Expertise with marketing automation and CRM integrations; HubSpot certification required.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and translating data into action; strong attention to detail.
  • Experience owning and optimizing paid digital marketing programs; Google Ad and LinkedIn Ads certifications preferred.
  • WordPress site optimization and conversion rate testing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, lead management, nurture strategies, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience supporting account-based marketing programs.
  • Experience leveraging third-party marketing and prospecting data, including ZoomInfo or similar platforms.
  • Experience working in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or other B2B technology environments preferred.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

ย For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the salary range for this position is $120,000 to $125,000. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.ย
