Job description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Card Services Representative III to help safeguard members from fraud, support card operations, and ensure the highest levels of accuracy and service.
As a Card Services Representative III, you will be responsible for investigating debit card, credit card, and ATM fraud activity, reconciling card and ATM-related general ledgers, conducting quality assurance reviews, and supporting operational excellence within the department. You'll work closely with internal teams, members, vendors, and external partners to resolve complex issues, identify opportunities for process improvement, and help minimize fraud losses while delivering an exceptional service experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated by solving problems in a collaborative environment
What you will need to be successful:
Fraud Investigation & Analytical Skills: Demonstrates strong investigative and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify suspicious activity, research complex card and ATM transactions, and recommend solutions that mitigate risk while supporting a positive member experience. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and mathematical aptitude required.
Communication & Collaboration Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex fraud, dispute, and card services issues to members and internal stakeholders. Builds positive working relationships across departments and effectively partners with vendors, auditors, and external agencies when needed.
Experience & Education: One to three years of financial services industry experience required. Prior fraud investigation, card services, dispute processing, ATM operations, or accounting experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Accounting coursework or equivalent work experience required. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and card processing systems is highly preferred.
