A bank in Manhattan, NY is hiring a Credit Card Operations Specialist to support daily credit card operations and customer service. This role handles transaction processing and settlement, customer inquiries on card accounts, card issuance and account maintenance, and vendor coordination. Open to both entry-level and experienced candidates.
