Job description


We're searching for a Credit Card Operations Analyst, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position you will support credit card operations. This role will monitor daily card processing activities, administer credit card devices and user base as well as provide operational and technical support on all payment card solutions. The analyst will also participate in PCI compliance activities, special projects and support cash applications and cash management activities when required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily card processing activities across company footprint to ensure optimal credit card platform performance and any disruptions are addressed immediately.
  • Track daily transaction activity logs and support requests.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or downtimes immediately.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders along with merchant processing partners to resolve any identified issues.
  • Administer credit card devices for the company platform.
  • Perform user administration for payment card solutions.
  • Provide operational and technical support to payment card user base for payment acceptance, processing, reconciliation and device troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and update internal SharePoint communication site to ensure effective communication and support for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist team lead on new user onboarding and training to organization's payment card solutions.
  • Participate with credit card operations team in preparing dashboards, reports, and activity analytics for operational and management use.

Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree accounting, finance, or related business or information services degree required
2 years Credit card, treasury, and cash management experience required
