Job description

What you'll do:

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to build and scale the operational foundation of our marketing organization. This role is responsible for creating the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that enable marketing teams to execute quickly, stay aligned, and measure performance across every major campaign and launch.

Working closely with Integrated Marketing, Growth, Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional partners, you'll own the day-to-day operational infrastructure that powers our marketing organization. You'll build scalable processes, drive accountability across teams, improve planning and execution, and ensure campaigns launch successfully from strategy through measurement.

  • Own the operational framework that powers marketing planning, execution, and campaign delivery
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and operational playbooks across marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage campaign handoffs across Marketing, Product, Creative, Analytics, and other partner teams
  • Drive accountability by ensuring deliverables stay on schedule and proactively removing blockers
  • Develop scalable operational processes for integrated campaigns, launches, tentpole moments, and ongoing marketing programs
  • Create repeatable systems for launch readiness, campaign tracking, reporting, and team planning
  • Build measurement frameworks and operational dashboards to track campaign health, milestones, budgets, and business outcomes
  • Partner with marketing leadership to support prioritization, resource planning, and budget management across the marketing organization
  • Identify operational risks early and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track
  • Document processes and continuously improve how the marketing organization operates as the company scales
Who you are:
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Program Management, Integrated Marketing, Campaign Operations, or a similar role
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional project management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Experience building scalable operational processes and documentation in high-growth environments
  • Comfortable developing reporting frameworks, tracking KPIs, and supporting budget management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive alignment and accountability across teams
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly
  • Passionate about building systems that help teams move faster and execute at a high level

Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $112,000 and $140,000, plus target equity. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, skills and expertise, interview performance, and other market considerations.

What we can offer you:
  • Unlimited PTO for full-time employees (we're extremely flexible with the exception of the first few weeks before and into the NFL season)
  • 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave
  • Home office stipend
  • A virtual-first culture, but we come together a few times per year in person for offsites, trainings, hackathons, and more
  • Slack reactions for every occasion
  • 401k with up to 5% employer match
  • Company paid health, dental, vision plan options for employees and dependents, FSA, and more
  • Opportunity to celebrate your favorite sports teams through local meetups and company-sponsored events
  • Claude and ChatGPT enterprise accounts
