Partnering closely across HR and Technology functions, this role will support the implementation, governance, and ongoing platform optimization of Hilton's learning management system (LMS). What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Partner closely across HR, Technology, and regional stakeholders to translate business and learning needs into platform capabilities and configuration decisions.
  • Collaborate with LMS vendors to resolve platform issues, manage enhancement requests, and stay current on release cycles.
  • Help establish and uphold a LMS governance framework including change management processes, release management cadence, and a prioritized enhancement backlog alongside key business stakeholders.

Projects you'll take ownership of:

  • The technical transition and ongoing optimization of a new learning management system, including data, content, and user mapping, testing coordination, launch readiness, and post-launch platform performance.
  • A scalable library of Power Automate workflows to streamline LMS operations and improve learner and administrator experiences.
  • LMS API integration architecture and documentation, including data flows, error handling, and specifications for Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and other connected systems.
  • Deliver reporting on platform health, adoption, migration progress, integration performance, and other key metrics.
  • Review enhancements to the LMS with each planned release and perform testing to determine impacts to existing processes, connections, and integrations.
  • Operational SOPs, and knowledge base documentation supporting platform stability, governance, and continuous improvement.
What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience in learning technology role within a global or multiregion environment

  • Experience building and managing Microsoft Power Automate workflows or similar

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Five plus (5+) years of experience with Cornerstone LMS platforms
  • Experience producing securityfocused technical documentation, including architecture and application data flow diagrams for security and compliance reviews
