Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support professional to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems and users. The role involves troubleshooting incidents, managing systems, and ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to user requests for service troubleshoot incidents, and develop solutions to ensure minimal disruptions to operations
• Provide technical support to colleagues, on-site and remote.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, handle their software, hardware and network configuration, ensuring all issues are properly logged.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools on mobile devices.
