Job Summary:

Tryfacta is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for our client in Orlando, FL 32839. This is a long-term temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL 32839
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Work Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday | Day Shift | 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: Competitive

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 desktop support for end users.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.
  • Install, configure, and support hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and user accounts.
  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot Active Directory accounts.
  • Resolve printer, scanner, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
  • Perform desktop imaging, deployments, and workstation setups.
  • Install software updates, patches, and security fixes.
  • Document incidents and resolutions using the organization''s ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
To be considered for this position, you should have:
  • 3+ years of Desktop Support or IT Support experience.
  • Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.
  • Experience troubleshooting desktop, laptop, hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
  • Experience with VPN and Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking.
  • Experience with desktop imaging, deployment, and workstation setup.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL.

Preferred:

  • SCCM or Microsoft Intune experience.
  • Azure/Entra ID experience.
  • ServiceNow, Remedy, or other ITSM ticketing systems.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, or similar certifications.
  • Government, healthcare, or large enterprise IT support experience.
