The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop support and experience leading a team of technical professionals. The Desktop Support Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the desktop support team, providing technical guidance and support to team members, and ensuring that all desktop support issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of desktop support technicians in providing technical support to end users
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop support issues
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop support services
