DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

THE POSITION:
As the Desktop Support Technician, you will:
  • Delivers IS support through the management of the desktop support processes
  • Provides outstanding customer service to end-users on hardware, software, and network problems, questions or issues
  • Troubleshoot problems with operating systems, applications, remote access, email, and telephone and wireless issues

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong proficiency in database network-related fundamentals.
  • 2+ years of experience in the IT field supporting 100+ users.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience troubleshooting PC desktop issues is required.
  • CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ are preferred.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends per business needs (on-call)

  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
