Role: Desktop Support
Location: Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 & Orlando, FL 32819 - Onsite

Mode: Contract on W2
Note: Occasional Travel is necessary for both locations - Expenses will be paid by client
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions and class room support
Incident Management:
  • Record and track incidents and service requests using a ticketing system.
  • Prioritize and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow up with users to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
  • Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and networks.
  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.

Role: Cloud Infra Architect with Observability, Grafana
Location: Warren, NJ 07059 (100% onsite)
We have detailed the skill expectations as below. We would need a Cloud Architect who has very strong experience in Observability, Grafana and Automation experience (Python Scripting/Shell), Kubernetes, AWS
Must have:
  1. Grafana stack experience - metrics, traces, logs, Alloy agent experience, OTelCollector experience, exporters for different open-source components, application metrics exporting
  2. Troubleshooting in Linux environment.
  3. Programming - Python or equivalent language
  4. Automation scripting - Shell scripts
  5. AWS Cloud experience
  6. Working with Kubernetes applications (mid-level experience), helm charts
Good to have:
  1. Other Observability platforms experience (Splunk etc.)
  2. DevOps - Infra
  3. Cloud Operations
