Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to provide white-glove technical support to end users, including executive-level stakeholders, in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role will be responsible for supporting Mac and Windows environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining conference room technology, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting MacOS, MacBook/iMac devices, Microsoft 365 applications, Windows 11, and collaboration technologies. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site deskside support for end users across Mac and Windows environments.
  • Deliver white-glove support to executives and other key business stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
  • Support and maintain MacBook, iMac, Windows laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Configure, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
  • Support conference room technologies, video conferencing systems, and executive meetings.
  • Manage incidents, requests, and service delivery activities through ticketing systems.
  • Monitor recurring issues, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
  • Maintain and support endpoint devices, peripherals, printers, and related equipment.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and support procedures.
  • Assist with hardware refreshes, system upgrades, and technology deployments.
  • Build strong relationships with business users and provide exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Help Desk, Deskside Support, or IT Support.
  • Experience supporting:
    • MacOS
    • MacBook and iMac hardware
    • Windows 11
    • Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
    • Microsoft Teams
    • iOS and Android devices
  • Experience providing on-site end-user support in a professional environment.
  • Experience supporting conference room technology and video conferencing systems.

  • Ability to support executive-level users with professionalism and discretion.

Pay and Benefits
