Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is a company that provides IT services and support globally through its Enterprise Technology department. They are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to deliver exceptional customer service, provide comprehensive desktop support, and maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with users to understand issues, providing timely resolutions, and escalating when necessary
โ€ข Provide comprehensive desktop support for MAC and PC users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently
โ€ข Administer and troubleshoot issues related to Office365 applications
โ€ข Oversee general inventory management, including tracking and maintaining hardware and software assets
โ€ข Assist with end-user issues and support of AI tools with office products
โ€ข Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 5 years of IT experience
โ€ข Proven experience in progressive IT roles within a large, complex organization
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent working experience
โ€ข Experience in delivering support to a diverse company
โ€ข Proven ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of associates and with those from diverse cultural backgrounds
โ€ข Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
โ€ข Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
