Job Description Job title: Associate Desktop Support Analyst Location: Lutz FL Duration: 24 months Salary: $60k + full benefits, holiday pay and PTO Schedule: 7:30 - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday Type: Onsite Job Overview: We are seeking an Associate Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical support to internal business users. This role is responsible for assisting employees with hardware, software, and system-related issues while delivering excellent customer service. The Associate Desktop Support Analyst will provide first-level support, troubleshoot common technical problems, manage service desk tickets, and escalate more complex issues to senior technical teams when necessary.

Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for desktop, laptop, and application issues Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and operating system issues in a Windows environment Perform password resets and user account administration in Active Directory Support Microsoft Office and email applications Log, track, and resolve issues through the organization's ticketing system Provide remote and desk-side support to internal users Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support teams Document resolutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base Assist with new employee workstation setups, equipment installations, and office moves Maintain a strong focus on customer service and timely incident resolution Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of customer service or IT support experience Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications Basic knowledge of Active Directory user account administration Experience working with ticketing or service desk systems Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL processes CompTIA A+ or related technical certification Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move equipment up to 25 pounds when installing or relocating computer equipment.
