Job Summary:
Ascension Federal Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support to their employees. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as installing and maintaining desktop systems and training end users.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end users in person, over the phone, or via remote desktop
