Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campus Delivery Manager to lead and expand our on-campus logistics and delivery operations across multiple facilities at our Santa Clara Headquarters. This on-site role is based at our San Jose Warehouse, located just minutes from our HQ. In this position, you will play a critical role in enabling NVIDIA's innovation by ensuring the timely, secure, and efficient movement of materials across campus.
What you'll be doing:
  • Coordinate daily campus delivery processes across multiple NVIDIA campus buildings, data centers, contract manufacturers, and warehouse sites.
  • Lead, mentor and develop campus delivery drivers and operational support staff.
  • Ensure safe, secure, timely, and accurate distribution of Hardware, IT equipment, lab inventory, engineering materials, and general freight throughout the campus.
  • Develop and optimize delivery routes and schedules to improve operational efficiency and reduce transit time.
  • Monitor delivery volumes, workload distribution, and service level performance to meet business needs.
  • Support same-day, next-day, and expedited delivery or transfer requests to meet time-sensitive operational requirements and support our SOL environment and culture.
  • Manage a fleet of vehicles used for campus deliveries. This includes vendor coordination, fuel management, and maintenance scheduling. You also ensure compliance and that vehicles are safe, reliable, and available for daily operations.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and world-class customer service.
  • Conduct regular 1:1's with team members, perform check-ins, annual focal reviews, agree on goals, and address performance concerns in accordance with company policies.

What we need to see:
  • 6+ overall years of experience managing campus deliveries and coordination in high-tech or manufacturing environments, including 2+ years managing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Effective communication skills enabling clear interactions with colleagues, staff, and internal customers.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks successfully.
  • Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks and willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow defined schedules and carry out assigned duties to maintain workflow and efficiency.
