What is remote archery sales?

Remote archery sales involve selling archery equipment, accessories, and related products through online platforms or over the phone, rather than in a traditional retail store. Professionals in this field typically interact with customers via email, chat, or video calls, providing product recommendations, processing orders, and offering after-sales support. They may also be responsible for managing online listings, updating product information, and handling customer inquiries from various locations. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work independently. Remote archery sales positions can be found with retailers, manufacturers, or specialized online stores.

How does a remote archery sales professional typically build and maintain client relationships without in-person meetings?

Remote Archery Sales professionals rely on a combination of digital communication tools, such as email, video calls, and social media, to connect with clients and understand their needs. They often conduct virtual product demonstrations and provide personalized recommendations based on the client's requirements. Building trust remotely requires prompt follow-ups, transparent communication, and a strong knowledge of the latest archery products. Regular check-ins and providing value through educational content or exclusive offers can help foster long-term client loyalty.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote archery sales professional, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Archery Sales professional, you generally need in-depth knowledge of archery products, sales experience, and a background in customer service or retail. Familiarity with CRM software, e-commerce platforms, and online communication tools is typically required. Persuasive communication, self-motivation, and relationship-building are key soft skills that set top performers apart. These skills are crucial for effectively engaging customers, driving sales, and maintaining strong client relationships in a remote environment.

Job description

About Archer
A new regulatory change lands somewhere in the world every six minutes, and agentic AI is outpacing most teams' ability to govern it. At Archer, we help the enterprises powering the global economy turn that pressure into an advantage.
Mandates like the EU AI Act and the SEC cybersecurity disclosure rules are driving the most significant GRC buying cycle we have seen in years. That demand is why we are growing this team.
This is hard work that matters. Our customers span energy, utilities, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and the public institutions communities depend on. People choose Archer because they get to partner with the most trusted brands in the world, on work that protects the customers and communities those brands serve.
If that sounds like your kind of work, let's chat.
The Role
Archer is committed to our partner community, and the Partner Enablement Program Manager sits at the heart of that effort. Reporting to the Manager of GTM Enablement, this person will be responsible for increasing partner performance by ensuring partners have the training, certifications, and resources they need to represent Archer's solutions with confidence.
Working closely with Partner Relationship Managers, Product, and Product Marketing, they will own the design, development, and delivery of partner training programs and certifications, manage the partner portal, the partner newsletter and communications, the partner page on Archer's website, and coordinate live and virtual enablement events. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role with frequent engagement with leadership.
What You'll Do
Partner Enablement Strategy
  • Partner with Archer's Partner Relationship Managers to define the training and development needs of Archer's partner community.
  • Drive alignment across Partner Engagement, Product, and Product Marketing on partner enablement priorities.
  • Shape the long-term strategic vision for partner enablement while defining and executing the tactical steps to get there.
  • Set priorities and agendas for cross-functional meetings, and ensure clear, timely follow-up and distribution of action items to everyone involved.

Training & Certification Design
  • Design and develop partner training certifications and supporting content that build partner competency on Archer's products and solutions.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to keep enablement content current with product capabilities, positioning, and roadmap.

  • Monitors partner performance trends and uses insights to inform program updates and new enablement initiatives.

Partner Portal & Communications
  • Own the partner portal, keeping training materials and enablement assets organized, current, and easy to find.
  • Manage the partner page on Archer's website and the partner newsletter, keeping partners informed of new programs and resources.

Program & Training Delivery
  • Coordinates end-to-end enablement program logistics, including timelines, communications, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Lead periodic live and virtual training sessions for partners, coordinating internal subject matter experts as needed.
  • Manage multiple enablement programs and projects at the same time, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Track partner enablement progress (certifications, readiness milestones) and report on adoption trends to internal stakeholders

What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in a channel/partner enablement function.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a highly visible role that spans multiple departments, with frequent engagement with leadership.
  • Highly organized and efficient, able to manage multiple programs or projects at once while balancing the larger strategic vision with tactical execution.
  • Ability to handle and navigate stressful, fast-changing situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to set priorities and agendas for meetings and send clear action items to everyone involved.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, while communicating effectively with remote teams.

Even Better If You Have
  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot (or other CRMs) Mindtickle, Introw (or another partner engagement platforms), Camtasia, Articulate Rise, Bitable, and LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT etc.
