Vice President - Delivery (FINS)
The Vice President of Delivery (FINS) impacts the way our team delivers core technology and digital transformation solutions to banking, capital markets, wealth management, and insurance customers. This role provides transformational leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, security standards, and high-value customer outcomes. The Vice President of Delivery plays a significant role in creating meaningful work for our FINS consultants, defining enterprise delivery processes, and innovating on industry-specific accelerators (such as Financial Services Cloud frameworks, policy administration integrations, and automated onboarding workflows) that drive deeper client engagement. Additionally, this individual will recruit, hire, staff, and train consultants into the FINS practice, driving scale, capability expansion, and operational performance. Success in this role is measured by the achievement of sales and revenue goals, practice profitability, and individual utilization targets.

Role Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership amp; Practice Growth
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the FINS practice growth strategy, aligning with target markets in retail/commercial banking, wealth management, and insurance carriers.
  • Innovate and deploy industry-specific accelerators to increase client time-to-value.
  • Establish standardized delivery methodologies tailored to high-compliance environments, including strict data privacy (PII/PCI), auditability, and validation standards.
Delivery Execution amp; Financial Performance
  • Manage the delivery team to hit annual team utilization targets, balancing practice oversight with personal billable contributions on high-stakes FINS engagements.
  • Serve as a hands-on billable advisor or delivery executive during critical project phases, discovery sessions, and steering committee milestones.
  • Partner with delivery teams to proactively identify and resolve scope, architecture, and cost risks on enterprise client accounts.
Team Management amp; Talent Development
  • Provide direct leadership, coaching, continuous performance feedback, and annual reviews for a practice of senior directors, architects, and delivery leads.
  • Oversee recruitment, interview loops, and onboarding for specialized FINS consulting talent; ensure alignment between consultant skill sets and complex account demands.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance environment across nationally distributed delivery teams.
Operational Excellence
  • Track, analyze, and optimize internal operations using clear metrics covering billability, project margin, solution quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive consistent communication across internal stakeholders, delivery teams, and client executives to manage expectations and deliver against commitments.
Experience/Skills Required:
  • 10+ years of consulting experience in delivery leadership relative to iterative software development, ideally Salesforce
  • 5+ years of deep domain experience serving clients within the Financial Services and Insurance (FINS) sector (Banking, Lending, Wealth/Asset Management, P amp;C, or Life Insurance).
  • 4+ years of experience leading groups of 20+ individuals distributed nationally
  • 8-10+ years of experience delivering business solutions on the Salesforce platform; demonstrated ability to speak to the delivery approaches and considerations for different sizes and scales of projects and clients across Salesforce clouds
  • Certified on the Salesforce.com Platform and Associated Accreditation
  • Excellent communicator who can easily understand business requirements and think on their feet
  • 2+ years of channel management experience
  • Entrepreneurial Self Starter, who is good at setting expectations and managing to timelines and deliverables
  • Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
