VP - Delivery Management, Project Delivery Lead
The Vice President (VP) - Delivery Management, Project Delivery Lead is responsible for leading and evolving 3Cloud's Delivery Management function, ensuring consistent, predictable, and high-quality execution across client engagements. This leader oversees the delivery management operating model, delivery governance practices, program and project management standards, and the team of Delivery Managers and Program Managers supporting client accounts across 3Cloud's service lines.
The VP serves as the senior operational leader responsible for driving delivery excellence, financial discipline, risk management, and client satisfaction across the delivery portfolio. Working closely with Market Delivery Leaders, Service Line Leaders, Sales, and executive leadership, this role ensures engagements are delivered effectively, profitably, and in alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
This leader establishes scalable delivery practices, develops delivery talent, improves operational performance, and strengthens 3Cloud's ability to execute complex Azure transformation programs at enterprise scale.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Delivery Management's Project Deliveryorganization, including Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and related delivery leadership roles.
  • Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, standards, methodologies, and operating procedures across all client engagements.
  • Drive consistent execution practices that improve delivery quality, predictability, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Partner with Market Delivery Leaders to ensure successful delivery outcomes across strategic client portfolios.
  • Provide executive oversight for large, complex, and high-risk engagements, ensuring appropriate governance, escalation management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor portfolio health through operational metrics, delivery reviews, financial performance indicators, and client feedback.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, resource constraints, and execution challenges before they impact client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Service Line Leaders to align delivery capabilities, technical expertise, staffing strategies, and delivery methodologies.
  • Support account planning and growth initiatives by ensuring delivery organizations can scale effectively to meet client demand.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency, delivery consistency, utilization, and gross margin performance.
  • Establish standards for project planning, financial forecasting, change management, resource management, and executive reporting.
  • Develop delivery management career paths, training programs, coaching practices, and succession plans to strengthen organizational capability.
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate delivery performance trends and implement strategies that improve business outcomes.

Requirements
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in consulting, professional services, cloud, technology, or digital transformation organizations.
  • Proven experience leading project, program, portfolio, or delivery management functions at scale.
  • Demonstrated success managing large delivery portfolios with accountability for client outcomes, financial performance, operational excellence, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of professional services delivery models, resource management, forecasting, utilization management, and gross margin performance.
  • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure consulting, cloud transformation, data and AI programs, or related technology services environments preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, or related program management certifications preferred.
