The role:

The Delivery Manager supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects within the Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO) Wealth Management portfolio. This role is primarily focused on strong project coordination, financial management, reporting, and stakeholder support, while progressively building delivery management capabilities such as integrated planning, risk and issue management, and governance under the guidance of senior delivery leaders.


What will you do?

Project Leadership & Support

  • Lead day-to-day planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned Wealth Management projects or workstreams, including initiatives related to advisor enablement, client experience, operational efficiency, regulatory change, or platform modernization, for projects up to $20MM in size.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and dependency tracking with guidance from senior delivery leaders, Escalation as needed.
  • Prepare and manage project delivery artifacts for leadership reviews, governance forums, and audit purposes
  • Own project financials including budgets, forecasts, accruals, and actuals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support invoicing, vendor tracking, and financial reporting aligned to monthly and quarterly cycles
  • Provide timely and accurate status updates to EDO delivery leaders and the project/program leadership teams
  • Demonstrated interest in developing delivery management and leadership capabilities
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve delivery effectiveness, efficiency, and predictability, including enhancements to planning, reporting, tooling, or ways of working.

Delivery Management Skills

  • Support integrated delivery planning across Wealth Management business and technology teams, timelines, and dependencies to enable coordinated execution of portfolio priorities.
  • Assist in identifying, tracking, and escalating risks and issues, including proposed mitigation options
  • Support governance and reporting for Director and VPlevel forums
  • Contribute to scope, schedule, and priority change analysis and impact assessments
  • Support delivery execution within Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery environments
  • Assist with resource planning, capacity tracking, and dependency management activities
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, including preparation of executiveready materials
  • Working knowledge of delivery and project management tools (Broadcom/CA PPM, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Build strong partnerships with Business Sponsors, Technology teams, and delivery partners
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure business outcomes and delivery objectives are achieved
  • Support coordination across internal teams and external vendors
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, tools, and ways of working
  • Foster an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative team environment where diverse/inclusive perspectives are valued and team members feel supported to contribute effectively.

  • Support adherence to Enterprise Delivery Frameworks, governance standards, and audit requirements

What do you need to succeed?

  •  Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 5-7 years of experience in delivery management, project coordination or junior project management roles, with specific experience in Wealth Management
  • Experience supporting technology and/or business delivery initiatives in large, complex organizations, preferably within financial services or Wealth Management environments.
  • Exposure to Agile, hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Strong financial management, analytical, and reporting capabilities, including support for budgets, forecasts, accruals, and executive reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Exposure to enterprise delivery frameworks and governance models
  • PMP, ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
