What You'll Do... The Delivery Manager will support the VP, Software in the business to ensure commercial and operational business priorities are planned and executed from start to finish with a focus on planning, accountability, insight, spotlights on inputs, key issues, and suggestions of solutions. This role will be critical in driving change and outputs within a complex program of work and will be accountable for reporting and governance.

The ideal candidate for this role has proven experience in working with senior leadership to understand business priorities and then structure objectives and project teams to deliver on those strategic goals. We will look to this leader to be able to self-start and resolve problems between program teams and other internal stakeholders, coordinating all work through detailed implementation plans. This includes being the point person on all deadlines, milestones, processes, and risk mitigation protocols.

Success in this role will come from providing and implementing excellent processes for monitoring performance and collaborating with program teams to work in a way aligned to our core values of collaboration, the pursuit of excellence, curiosity, integrity, and authenticity. Responsible for planning and designing programs within the portfolio to successfully deliver from start to completion of strategic priorities. This includes ensuring the overall alignment of the portfolio to the strategic direction of the organization is achieved and proactively resolving risks, and strategic and directional issues between programs.

Typical responsibilities will include working with leadership to set goals and objectives for the priority programs, resolve problems between program teams and other internal stakeholders, and design and implement trackable processes for monitoring performance and collaborating with the program. Responsible for proactively monitoring overall progress, including all reporting and coordination of information to develop and maintain the clear status of all corporate priorities. The program is to be designed and maintained in line with the overall vision and agreed mandate.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of individual programs, acting as the agent for the relevant Executive for successful delivery as agreed scope, timeline, and cost. Including a clear understanding of the commercial goals of projects and identifying risks and appropriate mitigations. Ensure the successful delivery of software products and features from conception to launch, adhering to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

This includes overseeing the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and coordinating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and dependencies. Responsible for defining and implementing the portfolio and program level overall governance frameworks as well as building change capability across the business in line with existing Trader Interactive methodologies, policies and procedures. Responsible for establishing the infrastructure of the program, including the program and project delivery teams, as well as communicating and reporting the overall program health.

This will mean executing individual projects within the program of work with the same attention to detail to adhere to the overall portfolio & corporate goals. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree Level Graduate /or/ Industry Standard Qualification (MSP, Prince 2, Six Sigma, etc) Minimum of a BA, MA preferred. 7-10 years of related experience, with progressive responsibility in program project management working with large corporate clients in a B2B environment.

7-10 years in Business Change Program Management. Demonstrated experience in product delivery management, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Experience managing budgets for multiple projects.

A strong operational person with commercial understanding to support key leaders. Demonstrated experience in successfully planning, developing, and managing portfolios and programs at a strategic level, with a proven understanding of the impact across the organization. Demonstrate experience in managing software migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration validation.

Significant experience in working at a strategic decision-making level within a complex environment and the ability to influence change. Proven ability in leading programs of change and working with Presidents, VPs, Directors, and Boards including best practice reporting skills that are appropriate for different leveled stakeholders. Proven experience in leading and managing significant operational change management or transformation programs across organizational boundaries.

Experience with multi-site program delivery within new and traditional media is preferred. Excellent communication, networking, negotiating influencing skills, ability to manage and build relationships within and across organizational boundaries. Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.

Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven leadership and decision-making skills. Proven ability to effectively engage, influence, and ensure the commitment of stakeholders at all levels, with credibility and authority.

Demonstrable skill in engaging and motivating staff on an ongoing basis through periods of change. Demonstrable self-awareness and proven ability to manage the impact of, and consequences of, their actions. Ability to work for concentrated periods of time analyzing complex information into clear reports for the Executive level audience.
