Customer Service Phone Representative
RC Willey is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Phone Representative to assist customers over the phone. In this fast-paced role, youโ€™ll handle inquiries, process orders, and provide solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience. Weโ€™re looking for detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills who are committed to delivering excellent service and upholding RC Willeyโ€™s high standards.
Full-Time: Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week.
Open shift: 9:30am - 6pm
Closing shift: 11:30am - 8pm
Saturday's alternate shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer calls regarding questions, concerns, delivery, sales and service issues
  • Provide phone assistance to delivery, customer service, and store departments
  • Follow-up with customer issues and service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • All other duties as assigned
